1. About us

This website is operated by JJMK Trading Pty Ltd (ABN 65 685 241 007), trading as EVlectric ("EVlectric", "we", "us", "our"). We are an Australian business based in Brisbane, Queensland. By accessing this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our products

EVlectric is an independent retailer of electric vehicle accessories and genuine OEM parts. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by ZEEKR Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd or any other vehicle manufacturer. Vehicle makes and model names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for product identification purposes only.

Some products we sell are parallel-imported genuine OEM components. Where this applies, it is stated on the product page. Parallel-imported products are not supplied through the Australian distributor of the relevant vehicle brand, and the vehicle manufacturer's Australian arm does not provide warranty coverage for them. Warranty support for these products is provided directly by EVlectric, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in full (see clause 7).

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched or made available for pickup.

4. Pricing and GST

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.

5. Payment

Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6. Installation and use of products

Some products require installation in a vehicle. Product pages include installation guidance where relevant. You are responsible for ensuring products are installed correctly, whether by you or an installer you engage. If you are unsure, we recommend installation by a suitably experienced automotive installer or auto electrician. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in respect of the product itself.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Any express warranty we provide (such as our 12-month warranty) is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject always to clause 7, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our election, to resupplying the goods or paying the cost of resupply.

9. Intellectual property

Content on this site (excluding third-party trademarks) is owned by or licensed to JJMK Trading Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
