Why we exist

Owning a new-era EV in Australia should be easier. Too often, the choice is between waiting weeks for an OEM part from overseas, or rolling the dice on an aftermarket product with no warranty and no local support.

EVlectric sits in the middle. We curate products carefully, we label everything honestly, and we back every order with a 12-month warranty regardless of who made it or where it ships from.

How we work

Clearly labelled. Every product tells you exactly what it is. OEM products are genuine factory parts. Aftermarket products are named, inspected, and priced accordingly. No grey area.

Stocked locally or direct-dispatched, depending on the product. Bulky, high-value items like fridges are held in our Brisbane warehouse and ship within 1–3 business days. Smaller accessories with trusted overseas suppliers ship direct via our 3PL partner, typically arriving in 5–8 business days. Every product page tells you exactly where yours ships from and when to expect it.

Pre-vetted suppliers only. We don't list anything we haven't personally tested or purchased at scale. Quality control happens before a product goes live, not after the complaints arrive.

12-month warranty on everything. OEM or aftermarket, stocked or direct-dispatched — every product carries a 12-month EVlectric warranty. Australian Consumer Law protections apply automatically and cannot be waived.

We answer emails. Real replies, from a real Australian team, usually within one business day. Before, during, and after your purchase.

Starting with Zeekr, growing from there

Right now, we stock the genuine Zeekr OEM refrigerator module — the same fridge fitted at the factory, imported through the OEM supply chain, and dispatched from Brisbane.

Returns and warranty

All returns come to our Brisbane address. We handle the supplier side so you don't have to. For faulty or incorrect items, we issue a replacement or refund once the return is received — and for lower-value items, we often skip the return process entirely to save everyone the hassle.

The 12-month EVlectric warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures under normal use. Detailed terms are in our Warranty Policy.

The legal bit

EVlectric is owned and operated by JJMK Trading Pty Ltd (ABN 65 685 241 007), a Queensland-based company. EVlectric is a registered business name trading as an independent retailer.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by Zeekr Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., BYD, MG, or any other vehicle manufacturer. Zeekr® and all vehicle model names are trademarks of their respective owners, referenced here under nominative fair use for product identification purposes only.

All products listed as "OEM" are genuine original-equipment parts manufactured for the named vehicle. Aftermarket products are clearly labelled and sourced from third-party manufacturers. Manufacturer warranty is not offered on parallel-imported or aftermarket products; the 12-month EVlectric warranty applies instead and sits alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
